Standard Returns

Items may be returned for refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned product must be undamaged and in the original unopened packaging. A processing and restocking charge of 20% will be applied against the credit due. Product return does not cover defects or damages that resulted from abuse or neglect. The return of product does not automatically constitute validity for refund and is subject to the conditions in the Consumer Agreement at the time of internet store purchase and/or conditions listed in the Retail Packaging Insert Card instructions.

Prior to returning any product a Standard Return Merchandise Authorization (SRMA) form must be submitted for each different type item. Submittal may be online, or by mail (print SRMA Form here) by mailing to: Standard Return, Enhanced Defense Sprays LLC, P.O. Box 38, Beavercreek, OR 97004-0038.
Once the SRMA form is received a Standard Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be issued; this SRMA number must be visible on the exterior of all shipping packages. If the product is a pressurized aerosol product it must be sent via Ground Delivery. Federal transportation regulations restrict air freight transport: e.g. US Postal System, 2nd Day, and Overnight. Due to the hazardous nature of aerosol pepper spray products a regulation requires the wording as shown, CONSUMER COMMODITY O-RMD” written on the exterior of the packaging in large black one inch lettering. The return shipping charge is the customer’s responsibility. If applicable, due to being a non internet web store generated sale, enclose one legible copy of the sales receipt showing date, items purchased, amount paid and place of purchase.

Warranty Returns

Prior to returning any product a Warranty Return Merchandise Authorization (WRMA) form must be submitted for each different type item. Submittal may be online, or by mail (print WRMA Form here) by mailing to: Warranty Return, Enhanced Defense Sprays LLC, P.O. Box 38, Beavercreek, OR 97004-0038.
Once the WRMA form is received a Warranty Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be issued along with a prepaid freight label. Return the product and it will be promptly replaced. The WRMA number must be visible on the exterior of all shipping packages. If the product is a pressurized aerosol product it will be sent via Ground Delivery.
